ORDER

On this day, counsel for the Plaintiff and counsel for the Defendants appeared before the Court for a Rule 16 scheduling conference in the above-captioned case. After discussion, the parties indicated to the Court that the present case may be resolvable, at least in part, on Motion for Summary Judgement.

Accordingly, is is, by the Court, this 6th day of October, 1995,

ORDERED that the Defendants shall file their Motion for Summary Judgement with the Court on or before 4:00 p.m. on November 15, 1995; and that the Plaintiff shall file an Opposition thereto with the Court on or before 4:00 p.m. on December 8, 1995; and that the Defendant shall file a Reply thereto, if any, with the Court on or before 4:00 p.m. on December 13, 1995; and that the parties shall provide to Chambers courtesy copies of the same concurrently therewith; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a Joint Statement of Material Facts Not In Dispute on or before 4:00 p.m. on December 13, 1995 and shall provide a courtesy copy to Chambers concurrently therewith; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that all other matters in the above-captioned case shall be held in abeyance until after December 13, 1995.
