Site description: The Wells Fargo Plaza building is a tall brown and glass office building in downtown San Diego. It is at the southeast corner of 4th Ave and B street. There's an entrance from the left lane of 4th Ave, which is one-way southbound.
Charger description: two wall chargers serving three spaces immediately to the left of the exit booth in the underground parking garage, next to the door to the security office. The spaces are numbered 132, 133 and 134.
Parking fee: $1.75 per 20 min; $15 max.
Operating hours: Open weekdays until 7:30pm; closed weekends.
What to do while waiting: Several small restaurants and shops one block to the south on 4th, including two Chinese buffets.
