Site description: Grossmont Center is a large outdoor shopping mall southeast of Fletcher Parkway, southwest of Grossmont Center Drive and north of Murray Drive and I-8.
Charger description: Two wall chargers on the lower level of the parking garage, in the extreme northwest corner, just south of Target. The garage is at the west end of the site, near entrance 5 from Center Drive (a different road than Grossmont Center Drive). Turn east into entrance 5 and turn right again to enter the garage. Then turn right immediately again and the chargers will be on your right, next to the corner. If you approach from the south on Center Drive, the chargers will be visible from the road just before you turn right into entrance 5.
What to do while waiting: Grossmont Center is anchored by Target, Macy's and Wards. Other large stores nearby are Good Guys, Oshman's Super Sports and Long's Drugs. Restaurants include Fuddruckers and Olive Garden.
Another shopping center, Grossmont Trolley Center, is nearby. It is down a steep hill and across the trolley tracks so a roundabout walking route is required. The chargers at Costco La Mesa might be more convenient to that site.
